Bruce Buffington

Bruce Buffington, B.S., C.P.O., L.P.O.

Bruce is an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 40 years as a practicing prosthetist/orthotist. He started his career at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1975 as a prosthetic and orthotic technician and after two years entered the Prosthetic and Orthotic Program at UCLA. After graduation he returned to Miami and became the Chief of Prosthetic and Orthotics at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

In 1981 Bruce moved to Vero Beach, Florida where he opened and established Treasure Coast Prosthetic and Orthotic Services as the leading provider of O&P services on Florida’s east coast.

Bruce is a Florida licensed and American Board Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and the Florida Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists.

Paul Werner

Paul Werner, B.S., C.P.O., L.P.O.

Paul is an American Board Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist and a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. Paul’s extensive professional career began with his family’s prosthetic and orthotic practice in Philadelphia, PA. He attended New York University earning a Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

After graduation Paul returned to Philadelphia and joined the family practice as a certified prosthetist and orthotist. In 1995 he moved to Vero Beach to join Treasure Coast Prosthetic and Orthotic Services and is now the owner and President.

He has served as adjunct professor at Indian River State College providing training and education to students in the Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.

Jennifer Davis

Jennifer Davis, B.S.M.E., L.C.P.O.

Jennifer grew up in Florida. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. During her undergraduate, she worked as an Associate Engineer doing petroleum remediation with Terra-Com. After graduation, she worked on oil rigs offshore as a field engineer with Schlumberger investigating hydrocarbons during real-time drilling. She then transitioned into O&P schooling for Prosthetics at Northwestern University and schooling for Orthotics at the University of Hartford. After graduation from Northwestern, she traveled to Guatemala with the Range of Motion Project for hands-on O&P volunteering.

Jennifer has more than 10 years practicing orthotics and prosthetists. She has worked in different offices in the southeastern states to enhance her skill set addressing a series of challenges over diverse patient populations. Jennifer is a Florida Licensed and American Board Certified Prosthetist Orthotist. She is a member of the Florida Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists.
